Who can use Beatboss

You must be 18 or over, and the strap you pair must be one you wear yourself.

Not medical advice

Beatboss is a motivation and leaderboard tool, not a medical device. Heart-rate readings, zones and beats are estimates and may be wrong. Do not use them to diagnose or manage a health condition. If you feel unwell while exercising, stop and seek help. Check with a doctor before starting hard exercise if you have any health concerns.

Playing fair

• Only wear your own strap, and don’t let anyone else wear it.
• Choose a nickname that’s fit to show on a gym wall. Gyms and Beatboss can hide or require a change to any nickname.
• Don’t try to manipulate scores, interfere with gym boxes, or access other people’s accounts.

We may remove beats, hide members from screens, or close accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep Beatboss running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
